I was curious, if one may ask. Is there a special "ritual" you do to fuel your creativity or does it just there?
Herro to you too,
Lots of curious peeps and I am happy to quench your thirst for Creased knowledge.
My Creativity… hmmmm…well firstly let me thank you for thinking I have some…. and I would like to think it is just there but I guess I have to be in the right mood to tap into it or in the right space or frame of mind. I like to make sure everything is set up and ready first. I need a clean desk, sharp pencils, my pens laid out in a neat row and a few tunes on to get the juices flowing.
Most importantly is the free time to know you can sit down and spend a few hours pen in hand creating without distraction… too many times I have started and then the phone rings or the doorbell goes or a naked girl comes into the room and tries to distract me with her womanly ways. These are all things that can stop a doodling session dead in its tracks and once stopped I find it hard to get back into it… I love the days when I have enough time, and nothing else to do, other than release some of the built up creativity that is filling my mind.
So ritual as such but I like the idea… something like a rain dance before I get involved might help me out….. A doodle disco perhaps?
Do you draw every day? Is your theme one of your doodles? Just curious
I wish I could draw every day and most days I do, in some form or another, but these days I rarely sit down and get stuck into a doodle or illustration… I have been really busy with many other less creative things recently and the sunshine doesn’t help the matter either. I have been neglecting my doodling duties and I should get back into it more and start my creativity flowing once again….Yes my theme is one of my doodles thank you for your curiosity…it may have killed the cat but it gives me something to do. I will try and come up with something funky and fresh for you…any requests?
